63 floors? Are we sure this isn't a skyscraper instead of a high rise?

It actually looks decent, for a commieblock in a 2nd-tier Korean city....Speaking of which, isn't Masan technically part of Changwon now?

Yes, Masan, Jinhae and Changwon merged in 2011 I believe and the entire ciy is now called Changwon. But I believe this thread was created before the cities merged, hence the name (plus people still often refer to Masan as just Masan).

According to the CTBUH calculator, the height for a 63-floor residential building would be 206-meters. So that would indeed be a skyscraper, but I don't know the actual height
