To tell you the truth! I don't know. It's a problem due to the lack of informations, I didn't even know if this one was being built. I see every day other constructions but I can't tell you if they are going to be tower or not.

Im Haitian Ruru

Digicel is an Irish-owned telecommunication company based in the Caribbean. Digicel has the most customers in Haiti (2.4 million) and Jamaica (1.6 million) It isn't in the DR yet. I hear that there are more modern developments in Port-au-Prince but Im not sure. The tower on the bottom was rented to Digicel from the Hexagone Club but I dont know whos going to occupy it now.
