perhaps the workers still work at Tokyo for doing sky Tree Tokyo construction...maybe..

Works move up to Gramercy basements 1, 2 and 3

Following the 100% completion of basement 4 in March, construction work at the Gramercy site has moved to the upper basement levels.

Rebar works, form works and concreting have reached 75 percent, 70 percent and 15 percent respectively. Rebar work is also ongoing at basements 1, 2 as well as the ground floors, at the respective progress of 50 percent, 25 percent and 10 percent.

i wish the gramercy residences tower design was a bit more slender to make it look taller than it is... its wide design makes it look kinda shorter. But if its gonna bring the phil. skyscrapers to supertall territory then, i guess it'd do...
