Yes, Gramercy is near to several high rise towers of hotels and apartments and the "entertainment" district of Makati

technically, this is not located in the city of Manila. I think we should the change name of this thread to Makati, though Makati and Manila are both part of Metro Manila, they are still 2 different cities, it's always the case, as if there's no other city than Manila.

internationally, manila + all immediate surroundings are only known as Manila. this is an international forum, people outside the country doesn't care about the other cities comprising Metro Manila. It's simply known as Manila.

^i know that and this might be a little off topic but i find it unfair when the credit/prestige always goes to Manila alone, I remember a joke when MJ performed here and he shouted, i i love you manila, someone shouted back, your in paranaque!

anyway I always pass by this project everyday going to work and it really looks promising, will this be the tallest in the country?

i understand how you feel but this is how things work outside the country. In the Philippine subsection though, this is aptly labeled under Makati

yeah i guess this will be the tallest but not for long...'til Stratford and One Galleon Place are built...

Am I the only one noticing this but what happened to the east section of this building? If you look at the render, it appears that only 2/3 of the base levels are built?
