an agent says that
they're now
selling units on the
68th floor, right?

but they
have not revealed
how many floors this
will go up further.
so this can actually go
up further to more than
72 floors as rumored.

woooo!

great!

i think
that the reason
why this is so
tall albeit being
a residential tower
is because the floors
starting from
the sky garden (36th flr)
are as high as 19ft each
(that's floor to ceiling height)
all-lofts above 36th floor!

This is rather two months late but here it is:

Gramercy Construction update - June 3, 2008

Excavation at Gramercy site reaches 64 percent

Excavation at the site of The Gramercy Residences is now 64 percent, or 19 meters this June, announced Century City Development Corp., an affiliate of Century Properties, which is developing the 3.4 hectare Century City including Gramercy.

The total depth is set at 29.7 meters.

Upon completion of excavation, rebar laying and cement pouring for the Gramercy tower's structural foundation will immediately follow.

The Gramercy Residences is the first Fully-furnished, Fully-serviced Hyper-amenitized luxury condo in the Philippines with 6 interior design options. It will be the first residential tower to rise at the 3.4-hectare fully-masterplanned mixed-use development called Century City on Kalayaan Avenue, Makati.

the pic was dated June 1, 2008. they might be at 80% now

from their official website: http://www.centurycity.com.ph

SKYPARK
Gramercy's piece de resistance is the breathtaking SKYPARK, a sprawling nature park on the 36th floor, halfway up the building and traversing its entire width, and jutting out like an oasis in the sky.

Imagine sipping a refreshing piñacolada while tanning beside a magestic lagoon pool that overlooks the makati skyline. The SKYPARK is an architectural innovation, designed by Jon Jerde and never before attempted anywhere else in the world. This unique amenity floor spans the soaring height of three storeys, accentuated by multi-level waterfalls, cantilevering walkways, lush gardens and greenery, an infinity pool, a glass-sided lap pool, a lagoon pool, 3 world-class gyms, a children's playground, meditation gardens, a cafe and designer restaurant, and more!

i guess you are right as shown here the floors above the skypark look twice as high as the floors below it.

just a thought, if PBCom has 8 more floors, it would have been just as tall as Gramercy Residences so i guess this project will not make that much of an impact to the Makati skyline.

OT:
Lopez tower is still in the pipeline but they are just in the "waiting period"....don't know why. They have actually the money if they really want to build this tower.
