Yup, isn't it? Although my favorite view of the Makati Skyline is from the Skyway; I think that once completed, the Gramercy and the Stratford would give the view from the Guadalupe Bridge - facing Rockwell - a beautiful skyline, comparable to the Skyway perspective.

Exciting prospects, indeed.

I was on my way to Makati from Fort Bonifacio and was pleasantly surprised at how tall Gramercy already is. From the Fort to Buendia Flyover, you can already see the grandness of the structure. Too bad I forgot to take pictures.

I'm so excited as to when Gramercy will be finished, at least we can have a building that rival the likes of Jin Mao, WFC, Chrysler etc...

I love Gramercy, but comparing it to Jin Mao or Chrysler is perhaps a bit overstated. Hehe.

My hope is that a building in the same stature (and height) as those buildings will be constructed in Manila, someday. But for now, I am happy that Gramercy - our fist supertall - is actually being built.

You might be right because the owners of these two buildings really poured in a lot of money and effort to come up with buildings of this stature. I love tall buildings as I had the chance to be on top of the Shanghai TV tower which is actually taller than Jin Mao, as well as the top of the Empire Estate Building where Chrysler building is visible on the left side of the view deck

I don't think it's comparable to those towers since..well Jin Mao has the height and Chrysler has the post-modern feel to it

Which Gramercy Residence project is currently pre-selling for turnover of 2015? If someone may be able to assist on pertinent information, would appreicate it. And is it true they have abandoned concept of building a mall? Any Century Property reps on this thread to confirm facts? Could also send me email: [email protected]!

Very nearly all units at Century City -- Gramercy and Knightsbridge -- are now sold. Let me know if you want an agent; I can PM you mine.
