hahaha!!

i sure bet it wont cuz according to sources its only gonna be up to 72 floors and realistically will not reach the supertall status of 300m unless they add at least 10 floors or more.

Since the builder has been adding these phantom floors ( floors not originally on the plan and not on the sales list), I should be able to call them on their hotline to add an all floor customized unit for me with a raised revolving living room platform, an infinity wraparound lap pool, a sky greenhouse with a retractable roof, and a sliding indoor/outdoor wet bar.

The height of this 73floor Gramercy Residences would probably be around 270-275meters +- when finished.

It was said to be a supertall when completed. Did they lie to the purchasers who intended to own a piece of property in the Philippine's first supertall?

Without the supertall status, Gram will be a big disappointment. Yeah, it will be taller than PBCom, but beyond that, what's so special about it?
