Yes, Makati is just 30 minutes from NAIA...access to Makati will soon be easier once the new Airport interchange opens (almost done).
Here is the airport interchange courtesy of PasigGuy

ok. also got any idea on who is responsible in updating the philippine diagrams at skyscraperpage?? it seems that there arent any updates for a long time already. it doesnt even include the st. francis towers and others while some have wrong info such as the summit one tower w/c pegged its height at 200mts when infact it is not true!!

is gramercy still at 302 meters height?? i wonder because before it was targetted to be around 70-80 floors but now is only up to 68 floors.

so in this case, it would be a little taller than the 60 storey St.francis towers and just about the same hieght as the discovery primea on ayala w.c is 68 floors.

also at 302 meters, it will be almost as tall as the 304mts Baiyoke tower in bangkok with more than 85 floors.

so is there discrepancy here??

yeah. i've read before that Gramercy will still be able to get an height increase depending on the sales. Because before it was only 60 floors. Oh well, i hope it makes another increase.

Yes, St.Francis towers are 213m and i think Discovery Primea will reach under 300m i'd say around 280m.

If Gramercy is an office tower, it will be higher than 302m beacuse of the floor to ceiling ratio.

miko

have you heard of
floor heights?

floor heights vary
from one tower
to another
and this is the
reason why
most buildings,
even if they have the
same number of floors,
differ in total heights.

and of course
there are other factors
like crowns, spires, etc.

yes, residential floors are much lower compared to commercial and office floors.
