Thanks for the pictures! I was in the Houston area twice last year, and both times went into Sugar Land. It seemed like a VERY nice place.

Your welcome! Yea, Sugar Land is an extremely nice city. Very well planned and designed. The mall area is very beautiful and well kept.

Sugar Land is a very nice suburb. I really like their town square/baker street etc and the new part of First Colony mall.

Looks like an average suburb to me...
Upscale suburbs usually are gated and are more spread apart, not like the first picture.
