That lobby is going to be pretty sick.

It's a rather conservative architectural design, but there is elegance in simplicity. I don't think every building has to be a "show stopper" or a "star" ... and this is not really unique, but it is handsome and sleek.

Chicago has such fine architecture!

You're absolutely right about that but I don't like the design. It's just a blue box...

April 08

April 12 - The lights lead into the lobby nicely.

April 17 - site of a future plaza

And I liked this juxtaposition

That cladding looks really good. I like the entrance and how the columns continue into the vertical profiles in the cladding.

I'm getting quite bored of all these boxes which only quality is 'looking a bit slick'. Why do they still built towers in which I never would want to work? Today I sat outside on the balcony working for 5 hours straight and it was really nice. Why should these people work in air conditioned areas when the weather is great for working outdoors? All buildings with non operable windows ought to be outlawed. Developers should be optimizing their profits, not maximizing them.

The cladding looks awesome, very shiny. It looks way better than in the renderings. Great building.

What's the name of the building with the four crowns on top in the last picture? Very nice.
