ha! I didn't expect to find Swedish marketing material in the Thai forum

It's not that much hard facts actually. They talk about a calm and peaceful atmostphere with a five star hotel service and how you can both own and rent out your place with a guaranteed return rate. Like with The Sukhothai Residences I guess.
They mention the location, close to Pattaya and to 20 golf courses. Each unit will have a sea view and feature a combination of Asian and Scandinavian interior decoration.

Glen Asia - I never heard of them but the tower looks good and I see now they have a couple of other Thai projects in the portfolio. Looking forward to see the Pattaya/Jomtien skyline in a few years!

Jo..lots of people from Scandanavia and Siberia look to Thailand (and Pattaya for some reason) to get away from frost

by the way Sukhothai is not offering guaranteed returns, but next door Banyan Tree is offering guaranteed 6% return per year....

Just wondering if you guys think height / no. of floors is the most important thing in these new developments?

definitely not!
We just think that for such a nicely designed building like this one deserve to be much taller, at least as tall as the original proposal.

try to see how we reacted when we saw the tall but ugly one

imho, it actually looks better than the tall version...but, one has to appreciate low density estate and the price point vs. the higher density taller version. if the development is done right, these ower density developments will be something different and attract a buyer...
