Doesn't look too interesting to me too. Hope - better renderings will show something better.

Hmmm... There is hard to properly see the building in that smal renderr, but for now it doesnt look good. If some says that Saules Akmens is unproportioned (too short for its size), then this far more unproportioned - if 2 times higher, it would look much better.

In this render it looks way better, but still there is strong need to be higher to look good.

The "Spice" has a little resemblence with Tallinn's City Residence building, especially the shape:

but ofcourse ours actually contributes to cityspace. The spice highrise is an extension of urban blight - a mall, thus pretty pointless.

It's not pointless it could be some kind of "Riga gate" when arriving from airport.
