I had to take my car for grocery shopping today, and the ice and snow on the roof of my car melted, flowed down my windscreen and froze again. So, a huge chunck of solid ice covered my windscreen, I couldn't even see the wiperblades. It costed me a while to get the car ice-free.

Yeah, me too, I don't have to de-ice my bike, though it has a layer of ice on it after 15 kms

i don't know, it is cold, but i remember much worse temperatures. i remember few years ago we had -17 during the day and lower than -20 at night, and it lasted for some 10-15 days

I heard it destroys your wiper blades. And I'm not sure if a de-icer really works on a big chunk of ice that's 10 centimeter thick.

fantastic choice! i had them, but they were expensive. i bought cheaper valeo (compact) after them and theys sucks. that xtrm version is really great thing!

They are expensive, but they last for a very long time. For next ones I plan to buy Bosch Aerotwin, as they're flatter.

i had xtrm at one side for about 2,5 years. in midtime the other one got screwd and i wanted to change it, so i changed them both (although xtrm was still good). and i bought that crap valeo compact which was crap since first day. now i look to change them allready
