Thanks!
"što se ovim i čini" could be translated as "which is done by this".

Did you get some parking ticket in Croatia?

Sounds freaky in certain context

Btw. What do you think about the economical sanctions against Russia? Aren't they useless?
What is the law enforcement in that issue?

I mean, let's imagine I am businessman selling tractors. A Russian individual came to my place to buy a tractor. I have nothing to do with our government and he/she has nothing to do with Russian one. What mechanism forbid me to sell him/her a product? I am private enterpriser and he/she is individual. How can my country or EU fine me? Regardless the fact I can't imagine a vendor checking purchaser's nationality.

I think it has sense only in purchases made by Russian government. But if a 100 % private company decides to sell a product to Russian government, can anyone fine it?

Or is it valid only over certain volume of goods?

Economical sanctions are the measure of EU's powerlessness.

No, no... I was thinking over it not in terms of policy, but in terms of private company owner perspective.

If a country or group of countries (EU) can dictate me whom I can sell my products and whom not.

My main problem is that the sanctions and responsive sanctions can hit small businesses (e.g. Hungarian cherry farmers who were selling their products to Polish wholesellers who were doing business in Russia - so they already contacted Moldovan wholesellers because if they can't find a solution fast...) while France can still deliver two friggin' warships to Russia

I know, I was responding to G's comment... You can sell that tractor to your Russian customer... If there is a sanction on it he'll have to import it himself.

This could be calmly nominated as the paradox of the millennium.

I think that now Serbia has a big potencial for selling fruits and vegetables to Russia.

Will they? Russia has been a bit of a naughty boy lately. Also, the Russians are using excuses to stop any import of fruits and veg from the Europe....

I wouldn't say "better". I only say that other options are almost always inadequate... especially against an enemy with vast sources of energy.

Sanctions is all we can do at the moment. Last thing we want is a nuclear war.

Well Russia was always Serbia's best friend. And products from Serbia don't need custom control, while products from European countryes needs custom control.

If that is the case then I think pretty soon Serbia will have to choose a side: ours or the Russians...

Nuclear war scare is a thing of the past. Russia did not start a nuclear war when we intervened in Kosovo, it won't now.

I don't think so,because Serbia is curently negotiate with European Union about entering Serbia as it's member , and i think that European Union will have better economy because of Serbia and it's deal with Russia.
