I installed a meter app to check my Internet data use on broadband. Per month, I use between 250 (slow month) to 400GB (busy month) of data traffic download (and some 2-5GB upload). How much would I pay in tax in Hungary?

AFAIK To attempt to chill down the protesters, HU government has promised the tax will be limited to approx. 2,5 Eur/monthly. I have not read it anywhere, but discussants in media told it is promised so.

Yes.

I'm participating in a pilot project (can't talk much about it) on high-quality video-conferencing. I interact with a distributed (as in: spread over 4 countries) small research group. We were given good quality static cameras, and we work couple hours a week using a software that manages it. It is a HD camera, but not a regular one, it only works with the software/solution we are testing.

That creates a massive data traffic, it easily eats up 2,8 GB/hour.

Apparently this is in Albania, in the Pustec Municipality, right after you cross the Macedonian-Albanian border
