The very dangerous gas station at the beginning of A3 in Naples had been closed.

Pretending you don't know that fact might really sounds provocative,
I do not think these questions are irrelevant, while it could help us - foreigners to Russia - to understand how road bids, controls, and most of all where in which level corruption take place there. Moreover, I never said corruption didn't existed in Russia, nor in other countries .

Wow, wow, wait a second! Never heard of "freedom of speech"? Furthermore, not a single "posting policy" has been touched. Only hurts some overzealous and immature participants/admins, Russian road thread is therefore a "censored" one .

But you really can see on that videos Russians are not good drivers as 70 % of accidents could have been avoided.
The last question might be tricky. If you don't have "bureaucracy" - thus regulations - you don't have to fulfil the requirements. And it might lead to bad quality infrastructure. .
You just added other issues I haven't mentioned. However, it doesn't answer the question. Moreover, it would be a great "progress" to ask these questions to others and Russian that live "in the terrain" .

I think the old part of the A3 should be signed as an expressway.

It wouldn't help. It should be severely reconstructed at least at exits.

You are right, this section is heavily censored.

There is no censorship on Skyscrapercity. There is however, moderation, which includes removing off topic, insults, harassments, flamewars, and thread derailment.

We're taking a cable car up, got a table booked on the mountain for eating and drinking, down we go, and then more drinking.

Just to mention; 70 years ago Yalta Conference had begun, where bargains between couple of Western "Allies" with Stalin had place. The main subject of so called negotiations were new borders in Europe. Since then, huge part of Central and Southern Europe, has become Eastern Europe.

As a matter of fact, none of these were my case. Evidently, "moderation" in the Russian road thread is being pushed too far .
This shouldn't happen in this forum - in Russia maybe, but definitely not here. Now, I must say this kind of "moderation" is similar to censorship.

The Czech Republic interior minister experienced first hand Police stopping a car intervention. It was just an exercise, though .

Moderation is sort of censorship. It complies with the definition. But that doesn't necessarily mean that it is something bad.

It would become a bigger problem if there would be ex ante censorship. Ex post censorship is not so bad.
