I've read the first batch of Mini 0806 had issues. Not sure if they persisted since then. I'll take my Scott along as a backup.

Some bird, with digestion problems I'm guessing, has had a right go at my car.

Strange thing here.

A neighbor started playing, loudly, music from the 1980s. It's past 23h now here, so not the time to blast music. Anyway, I went to search online for the extremely catchy sticky chorus and realized ChrisZwolle used the song (first seconds) as intro for his videos.

I think they avoid Eastern europe and especially the Balkans, du to the fact that 2 people were killed in the 2007 Gumball race in Makedonia. Driving at high speed in such high risk countries with cluttered traffic is dangerous.

This is a bi-continental race which seems to be more interesting.

The route is somewhat similar to the 2010 bi-continental Gumball race.

The 2010 Gumball race.

Especially if you are speeding

Scandinavia is great for Gumball because the roads here have high standard and traffic flows well due to few cars.

I dont think the Hoff & Dolph Lundgren want so much to get stuck behind slow trucks on the jam packed motorways of continental europe.

Poland, it's more a bit of challenge in its DK narrow high-traffic roads.

Czech roads seems to be nice, considering its adequacy of the network to AADT

I think, the most tiring driving is in Poland among all (Eastern) Europe countries, don't know about Balkans.

Probably a lot of cars passed by while the gumballers were stopped by the police. The police can confiscate the driver's license at the spot. I wonder if he can get a new license in his home country even if it's suspended abroad ?

Standing on the line at Greenwich? That is located on the eastern hemisphere according to GPS devices displaying WGS84 coordinates. The line is located 102 meters to the east of the current zero meridian.

The line is based on the Airy Meridian which turned obsolete in the late 19th century.

(The position of the zero meridian is subject to an agreement. It is not based on any phenomenon of the nature. That is why anyone can make a private declaration on where the line between the hemispheres lies.)

You are correct. I actually looked for the WGS84 zero meridian in the inmediate vicinity of Berbegal, Aragon (Which explains why I call it the Berbegal meridian ). However for reference I called it the Greenwich meridian, despite being a bit West.
