Perhaps a scooter in Greece. It was Piaggo, but I did not know the age of manufacture. But it seemed +-2000. It was horribly neglected, e.g. the indicators were not working, the brake light neither. I felt also scare when I realized the fuel indicator was still in the same position But the price was 6 €/day. I should have known something was not all right.

Today I (quickly) visited two romanians cities : Sibiu and Alba Iulia.

I already heard about Sibiu (who was a "European culture capital" and also the city of the actual romanian president), it's very nice and has a beautifull center...

But the most interesting was certainly Alba Iulia. I only heard the name of this city last week (I'm not romanian ), when I read that they launched their Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/visitalbaiulia ), the citadel (they are saying that this is the biggest of Romania) is really stuning and the work they seems to have done to restaure it is probably enormous... Also the place is quite big, and you can do very nice walking all around, I liked it!

Some photos (probably not the best ones )

I forgot, but today was the first time that I see a Tesla Model S in Romania, it was in Sibiu and with a local plate!

Quite nice, much better than all the useless fancy germans cars some romanians like to show...

Alba was indeed quite a pleasant surprise when I was there.

4 nuclear plants, or 4 reactors?

Meanwhile in Brazil...

The guy stopped on a handicapped reserved parking space and some folks put this "installation" over the car while he was out.

I remember once watching a man park in a disabled spot and I thought 'he doesn't look very disabled' and he went into building, and came out with a lady in a wheelchair.

Hi All,

I am doing project about new motorways, expressway sections and local roads/ bridges/ roundabouts in some countries, in :
- Italy,
- France,
- Switzerland,
- Austria,
- Russia
- Turkey.

I am searching for informations about roads which have been open to traffic since 2013 to present and new roads with “under construction” status which will be open in future.
I don’t know any official web-pages about infrastructure in those countries so I would like to ask about your help to complete information about new roads with source link of project, pictures, approximate opening date to traffic and maps if it is possible to locate it. Any known information will be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

But this is the exception. All others (99% maybe) are peoples who don't care about disabled persons...

Something that bothers me a lot, in general, are drivers who think they have a right to park wherever they want, because they are all so special (without reason). Most people who double park or block lanes can easily walk the distance but can't be bothered to.
