Then rent a holiday appartment or go to a business hotel, there wont be many tourists there.

It is not the same. Camping has some sort of freedom, which those building don't have. And it is much easier to find a space beside sea even in high season.

If you have two or three kids, it's much cheaper to go to a campsite for € 50 per night than a hotel with 4 or 5 people. Many Dutchmen spend two or three weeks on the same camping in a row.

I'm not such a stayer, often no more than a couple of days on the same campsite, I want to see different regions. Some people go to the same camping on the Mediterranean coast for 20 years and say they know France

It depends on location.

But typically not-too-much-overprized-campings are no more than 50 - 60 euros per night. Try to find a hotel with 4 people for that kind of money during peak season.

Tent for two person 20-25 € is in southern Italy average price for July - on the beach. Try that with apartment or hotel.

My parents call it the 'campingfeeling' Hotels suck in their opinion, theyre only fine for a night while travelling. You will never find my parents in a resort or beach spa or anything like that in for example Turkey or Greece..

I bought two 2 GB SD cards today, so that I can record videos of motorways twice as long (or at twice the quality) in both directions on a single trip. I'm thinking about doing the F6 (including Mount Ousley Road) at 30 frames per second (but still 320x240, so I don't risk running out of space on the SD card before the end of the road) this weekend if the weather's good enough - in both directions, of course.

I noticed the amount of video you can take with a 2GB SD cards depends largely on fps settings.

For instance, my Canon S2000 can get about 16 minutes of video at 30 fps and 640x480, yet my Canon A530 can get about 54 minutes at 25fps and 640x480.

My camera's (well, it's really my dad's camera) estimate for how much video it can take on a 2 GB SD card using various settings is as follows (in mm:ss):

640x480, 30fps - 16:54
640x480, 15fps - 33:16
320x240, 60fps - 23:59
320x240, 30fps - 46:53
320x240, 15fps - 85:58
160x120, 15fps - 206:20

It can usually get a bit more than the estimates it gives, but I do like to have a bit of tolerance in case there's traffic or something that makes the video take longer than it should. According to Google, the F6 (plus Mount Ousley Road, which joins the two sections of F6) should be about a 36 minute drive, so 320x240 @ 30fps looks like the best option.

Hm, I'm confused about the STOP sign. Which category of traffic signs does it actually belong to? On this Slovenian website it's listed among prohibitory or restrictive signs, in English Wiki it's listed among information signs, in German Wiki it's listed among mandatory signs, while in French Wikipedia among priority signs. I don't even wanna explore further languages. What do you think is correct?

No, it was a different error, there was a message that 3/4th of the servers rebooted this night (US time), and refused to restart properly.
