Oh ok. What I meant actually was that you don't hear often that foreigners bathe in our small sea.

Well, it's hard to do that, if you'd like to lay on the beach parallel to the shore your feet would be in Italy and your head would be in Croatia...

I've been safe from floods since they put Ljubljanica in canal in 1780.

Just saw something weird in Zwolle

Citroën Xsara with Dutch plates, from a Polish dealership in "Kaszub" (Kashubia), and a CSB country code. CSB is the ISO code for the Kashubian language in Poland.

Never seen such a combination...

Yes, but very narrow one if I remember correctly. Besides we had a hotel beach.

Probably a Pole living in NL. Another option can be a Kashubian fan who had to fix his car at the Polish dealer. They are always putting those tacky stickers under the licence plate even if you don't want one.

I think about taking a trip next week:

(I haven't decided how I'd go back from Munchen to Skierniewice, I plan to go straght home without much sightseeing).

I plan to stay for a few days in Zurich and Munchen and stop for a few hours in Luzern, Bellinzona and Vaduz. I plan to sleep in the tent at some campsites because money's already tight... I hope that the weather will be good.

Sunrise (Swiss GSM provider) is giving away "tryout" SIM cards for free - with 5 CHF ballance, active for 5 days. I'll try to acquire one

Is that practice new or just a Swiss thing? I bought prepaid SIMs in .at and in .de in the past and was never asked for any ID.

But then, just yesterday, I read that in Italy users of Internet cafes supposedly have to register with name and passport before they're allowed to use the computers. Don't know if that's really true, but the thought kinda makes my stomach turn...

in Germany you can buy them everywhere, everytime, sometimes they´re also for free. in fact: they have NO real value in germany.

with a prepaid phone, which are f***ing cheap, you´ve to register with name and passport (can also be an austrian one).

sometimes you get a prepaid phone for free when buying something for 50€+
(but at anytime you have to register it)

the quality range is very wide; from no colour display till 3 megapixel prepaid is everything possible.

in switzerland you have to register EVERY prepaid card with passport since many years.
(massive drug dealing?). it´s also possible with a passport from neighbour countries.

in Austria, you can (cheaper phone) register; but you don´t have to

Really?! That's AWFUL. No such thing here... You can buy cheap phones for let's say 25€, SIM included, anonimously, on a gas station or a newsstand for example.

I had to go to Haren today, which is a 200 kilometer roundtrip from Zwolle. I choose the cruise style today, doing about 100 - 110 km/h (Vmax=120). I must say it was quite relaxing, let the others overtake you, and only accelerate if you go into the left lane.

Ofcourse, it's best to this when traffic is light. Which it was, as you can see in this mirror-view.
