Probably some kid on a bike who doesn't give a f* about rules. On a serious note, I don't know those tram lights, we don't have tram here. But I think, if you have green, you're safe from tram, so both cars on the right (blue and red), especially if the red car has that special green arrow (which we don't have here either). In worst case only the blue car, but I think both of them.

You know what I do when I'm bored? Have a look in the OZscrapers skybar. Unbelievable what people are allowed to say. Posting porn, inappropriate language to moderators, insulting signatures, etc etc. Sometimes it's really entertaining to read but I'm wondering how these people are still not banned.

I think in Vienna that situation would never happen. Trams have their own signals (akin to railroad signals) at intersections. When the left turning arrow is green for cars, trams get a stop signal. When Trams get the go ahead, the left turn arrow is red for cars.

There are situations, however, where left turning traffic has to yield to trams from both directions:

Cars are only allowed in the outside lanes. When turning left into a parking lot, store, or gas station, etc. cars have to yield to trams.
Looking in the mirror before turning left is crucial, but tram drivers usually have a sixth sense about these things and lean on the horn when they suspect someone's about to turn left in front of them (especially if the car in front has out of town plates)

Wait a minute.. Don't the two horizontal yellow dots mean STOP for trams? In that case it's simple. The red and blue car can both turn without having to yield to anyone.

You don't have to care about tram signals, but yes, that signal means stop. You must respect just traffic lights for cars. If there's green light for your direction you can go. In normal driving you wouldn't even notice trams signals, but they are good to confuse blonde girls trying to pass driver's license exam and Verso.

I hope you will never drive a car in Bratislava and Košice. Imagine that title in newspaper:

Reckless driver in Dutch Prius caused accident at important junction
Trams are more than one hour delayed. Cars are avoiding the place using local streets.

First, I'd have to get my drivers license. Second, I will try to avoid driving a Prius as much as possible

You didn't fool me, I explained it well. I drove plenty of times in Bern, so I'm used to trams and I didn't have any troubles with them, except once in some long (big) intersection.

No, I'm dead. I was just hindering a stopped tram (at a station) to continue with driving (just for a few seconds), because traffic in front of me wasn't moving. I didn't predict this would happen, cause it happened quite a few meters from the beginning of the intersection, which was quite long and weird. I think even traffic lights weren't working, so it was a mess.

If someone was wondering, this is Toyota Corolla Verso , not Verso's Toyota Corolla with Verso inside right now. This picture requires a loose interpretation and shouldn't by no means be associated with my wishing Verso to injure himself, die or suffer no matter how. All rights reserved.

You'd prefer a bunch of Brits to post here? Or Germans?
