Montenegro (and Kosovo, although I'm not sure about this one) used German Marks from 1999, and then they (unilaterally) switched to Euro in 2002

For Spanish peseta it was 166.386 to 1 € . I remember Italian lire was even bigger...

(But we hadn't cents with our currency )
