I found out how to upload higher resolution pics on Picasa. Look at the picture from this post. It looks fine to me

The is a Full screen button in Picasa. I've also uploaded some pictures in [RO] Romanian autostrăzi & drumuri • Motorways & Highways - România thread few minutes ago.

Really?
It is not making impossible to prosecute the prime-minister, but requiring some political vote to authorize prosecution. The wording of the referendum meant "yes" would amount to the disapproval of the anti-prosecution law. All measures were defeated.

I voted for water privatization (one of the two questions involving it), to allow nuclear power plants (too hypocrite to ban it in ITaly then buy massive amounts of energy from France) and against prosecution shield for the PM.

I voted in the referendum from abroad also. The Italian Consulate sent me the ballots, and I mailed them back.

I am all in favor electronic voting. Paper ballots are a thing of the past.

As a programmer I can tell you that it can be very hard to ensure electronic voting works the way it's supposed to (ie: it doesn't misbehave by malice and/or incompetence). Ballots can be corrupted/altered in several levels and as we all know, no digital security system is foolproof (and they will never be).

It's on "BBC America," a cable/satellite channel part-owned by the BBC. They set their own schedule, and Top Gear seems to run a couple of months after it does in Britain (you can tell if they're wearing poppies and you're seeing it in January, for example).

That said, season 16 was certainly filmed this year, after Christmas (there are all those complaints about the weather you had in December and the build-a-better-snowplow episode), so since there are (I thought) two seasons a year I assumed 17 wouldn't be until the fall.

No indication given at BBC America's Top Gear page that 17's coming.

Champion. Let's hope they've upped the ante as the last couple of series have been a bit boring apart from the Albanian episode.

Ouch.

I sure am glad for peer-to-peer file transfer protocols. I haven't turned on my TV tuner for months.

Does anyone follow Ice Road Truckers series on History Channel?

On a special spin-off, they took 2 North American drivers to drive trucks in India
