That means you'll have to behave (no more running around naked).

In Huesca we have this zebra crossing that doesn't fit with the street:

I wish people would stop quoting pictures. That Polish thread is clogging my entire system up at the moment. I can't even get in there anymore... My poor old computer beeps and rattles like mad!

Who are you ethnically?

You may know there's currently swimming world championship in Shanghai, China. 200m breaststroke is our favorite: race for men was won by a Hungarian guy called Dániel Gyurta.
But our current topic is not him but the winner of the race for women, an American girl. I mean she's American by citizenship, it was the flag and anthem of the USA that she could see and hear in the ceremony. Her name is written as Rebecca Soni.
She was born in the USA. Her parents arrived in America as a married couple in the 80's, havong no children, both Rebecca and her sister were born there. The parents, Péter and Kinga Sőni lived in Cluj Napoca, Romania. The family name is written with some diacritical sign, the letter "ő" is pronounced like "ö" in German, "ø" in Norwegian and Danish or "e" and "o" in English words "perhaps" and "world". Consider that the "S" letter is pronounced as "sh" in English. Right, it is not a Romanian name but a Hungarian one, since Rebecca's parents lived in Romania but are ethnically Hungarian. The world champion herself speaks some Hungarian (quite poor) as well. A 24 years old girl that has some Romanian, some Hungarian and some American origin as well.

Though black Saturday wasn't as bad as predicted - most congestion was limited to Southern France, the Gotthard Tunnel and Hamburg - it was still quite busy.

There was 1.5-hour waiting at the Slovenian-Croatian border in the middle of the night. I saw it on cams.

Campers and vans who think that their 60 km/h slow loaded vehicle doesn't belong onto third lane on ascents (all nations), left-lane hoggers who think that 100 km/h is enough for everyone (all nations), Spaniards which think that there is 110 km/ speed limit everywhere in Europe, trucks which don't obey truck limit, all-present broken vehicles and small accidents on hard shoulder, which cause temporary abruption of traffic flow, very bad infos from motorway company which cause unnecessary delays on other roads - that were my yesterday travels on Slovenian motorways.

That's quite a short time.
Was there a particular reason they changed it back? Or just because people didn't like it?

They would know... other thing is that having a strongest speed limit for almost four months makes you discover that fuel saving is thrue, and safety on roads increase.

Speed limit in Spains is back to 120 km/h on motorways since last month again... but let's resume that there are more people who applies it, not driving as in a race circuit...

It was taken because fuel price and only for several months (less than four). I remember I was in a friend car who was used to drive fast. We were on a road limited to 100 km/h and he was always to that speed. We took a motorway for 4 km (limited to 110 in that date) and I asked why he didn't drive up to 110.
The answer was... something as... if you know how much I have payed for the fuel tank... I drive 100 km/h for these kilometres. It doesn't matter arriving home five minutes later...

I do not know about those drivers...

I could write about many, many drivers who goes on holidays and think that they have licence to make all they want, even on motorways.

And when they arrive to an African island, they may think they are in the middle of the jungle... even if it is still European Union... because there, it is easier to see tourist driving as in a race.

Yes, they are allowed to do that: applying populism is still allowed in most countries
The "rich guy" character was great

Anyway, all this scene is for a good reason, cars on bike lanes are a real pain in the ass.
I hope they realised that the tank could have rolled over, killing them all...

Well, sir, there's nothing on earth like a genuine, bona fide, electrified, six-car monorail!

Due to Photobucket f*cking up, most images won't be visibile in my old posts. If you need anything specific, please write me.
