Yesterday's 'wtf of the day' could be almost 30°C in Bulgaria. More precisely 28.6° in Veliko Tarnovo. While we were dressed like bears, Turnovec was probably bathing in a local river.

Since the Bush-McCain act of 2005, it has been perfectly legal to store all non-weapons-grade nuclear materials in your own U.S. residence.
Well, I could have guessed whose idea it had been

I think this is a great idea! I mean, listen to this:

Quote:
It is recommended that you store this within a dry, airtight bunker with 6-foot concrete walls, located well above the water table in a location where it will not be disturbed by humans for 2 million years. Then sit back and enjoy a check for $1,200 a month – forever!
FOR EVAH!!

Can I have that payed up front?

I suppose your neighbors wouldn't mind, if you had nuclear waste in your residence.

I've already looked at Zwolle a few times to see what kind of a road infrastructure it has, but never noticed how cool the center looks like from the air! The star-shaped island(s) look incredibly cool!!!

Many Dutch cities have that

Zwolle is not very touristic though. It doesn't have much to offer but an afternoon walk through downtown.

Nothing is being reclaimed at the moment, though there are talks to reclaim some more between Almere/Lelystad/Hoorn/Amsterdam from time to time. Ofcourse, this is some incredibly unique natural area so no development would be possible *cough*

Yeah, the "Markerwaard" project will never be finished.
I only visited Zwolle once I think. It's indeed not very touristy. I wonder how many people ever visited Abcoude. Probably only that Polish forumer who was crazy enough to take pics of it

@DJZG: in the Randstad area, students really pay a lot of money for a room, if they can find any (€400/month on average, AFAIK). Outside the Randstad there is enough available, and it's way cheaper.

Really? Which ones? I see sth similar in Amersfoort, but it's not even nearly as cool as in Zwolle. And what's so special about this part of Amsterdam that the resolution is so bad?
