It's a term that we often use for central Croatia ( between Bjelovar and Karlovac).

Just (re)listened to the ex-Yugoslav Eurovision 2012 performances.
Absolutely loved Serbia, the guy sang perfectly, it was like the studio recording.
Also Slovenia was great, didn't understand why it didn't made the final.

like x-type said. the term (north-western Croatia) is relevant in this respect in so far that natives of those areas are speakers of Kajkavian, which is closer to Slovene than to standard Croatian or Serbian.

I didn't search the lyrics, but it sounded nice to me, and the chick has good voice (for 16 even). It wasn't Slovenian? But the language is written to be Slovenian...
I guess the same thing happens when some foreigners like Romanian Manele, because if you would understand the lyrics you would faint

yes, pop music is cheap.
I don't care about the lyrics too much, composer of the song was serbian.

it is everything but not cheap. i am sure that concert of Lady Gaga or Britney Spears costs more than, dunno, concert of Of Monsters and Men, or some other artist who is considered as higher level of quality. also, adjusting the pop stars' voices is also not cheap (i am excluding Lady Gaga, she has shown that she really can sing)

Quick topic change.
I saw there are a lot of bicycle riders here.
Maybe some of you also had this problem, after a ride of 20-30 minutes I experience numbness in the sensitive parts. I read on the Net that others have/had this problem too, reasons been from correct sitting position, seat quality, seat angle.
My bike is a used one, here a picture, I thought about buying a new one in the future, maybe some recommendations? Thanks!

If you just started more cycling, then this is normal. You'll get used to that.

I've never seen that in real-life. It's also known by its Frisian name "Fierljeppen" (far-leaping).

Yes, but I don't cycle long distances, maximum 25km per day, and this in 2-3 separate trips.
For example I did today aprox. 6km in about 25 minutes to my girlfriends work place and when I stepped down, I couldn't feel my d**k right, I had a strange tingling sensation, like when your arm is numb, btw my left arm was a little numb too
This sensation passed after some 5 minutes or so.
It kind of happens every every time I cycle. Strange was, that when I cycled back home and also made a detour of about 10km, when i stepped down, it was OK.
The thing I noticed, the first road is I think with little climbing, because I find it harder to clinch, use lower gears more often. The return way seems easier.

I found this article on the Net http://www.health24.com/Man/Your_equ...-755,20776.asp

With time your butt will get stronger and you'll sit easier. That is with always when you start some new sport - everything hurts for few weeks or months then you get used when new muscles grow and take new physical loads better.

Europeans who like to criticize Americans for not being well-traveled, take note (if you read French):

Actually it seems that those politicians travel quite a lot compared to some others. It is also not very wise for a politician to afford some "extravagant" vacation destinations in these difficult economy situation.

On the other hand, I don't remember Belgian people on my travels (SE Asia, E Africa). Mostly they were (from Europe) French, Swiss, Scandinavian, Italian and some German. From other continents they were almost exclusively US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealanders.
