Right. KGB financed Brigate Rosse AND the Italian Communist Party but from here to saying that Berlinguer was involved in Moro murderer... I'm not defending anybody, simply there are not historical elements to say that.

Why are you two unable to understand that this is not the "Italian left vs. right wing politics written in automatic-translated English" thread?

Do you understand that NO ONE reading this can have any clue, and therefore is giving a single ****, about what you are writing?

Please stop.

Due to Photobucket f*cking up, most images won't be visibile in my old posts. If you need anything specific, please write me.

If was involved I doubt somebody would tell it to the people. Sure is the fact that Romano Prodi and his seance in which "spirits" told him the street were Moro was, is suspect.....

Ok, stop, but I wasn't picking any side, just discussing under a historical point of view.

Look that me too I have sometimes no clue of what people of other countries are talking about, so it's a wheel that turns. If you dont agree it simply ignore as when I do when there's the monthly conversation about sterotypes

Wilhelm is right. There is an internal political discussion going on in the worst possible English ever.

Yes but for many other things too, not only for the language.
Anyway is more important to write something that has sense rather than how you write it, cause to write a perfect english just to say bullshits is even worse

Actually, I do find this fascinating. There's no other English board I could go to read this. I say, enjoy it.

I must think of it´s best definition first. -Radi Click

I just read few comments on Youtube videos of the Italian song about the Hungarian revolution. Plenty of people claiming to be fascist/nazi/commies and insulting each other in a kindergarden way. Possible that people cannot talk about history without being so ridiculous and childish?
I really hate generization such righ=fascism, left=communism, you hate fascism so you're a commie, you hate commies so you're a nazi. Can we just discuss history facts like they happened? Can we dislike every oppressive regime at the same level regardless its political colour? It's not so difficult.

absolutely NOT. I prefer when he writes in English, it's easier to understand... Perhaps he writes normally in German, having in mind that it's the country he lives and has spent most of his lifetime?

Attention, rising obstacle, bustrap (but obviously not of the trench kind). Can't decipher the rest.

There is no Google Translate if you drive around there

Anyway, it means (top to bottom);

watch out
rising obstacle

bus trap

except bicycles and mopeds, scheduled buses, permit holders.

Like German, the Dutch language tends to combine words. (ontheffingshouders = permit holders). This results in very long words which are hard to decipher for people with other languages than Germanic.

Long combined words are not easy to read at high speed even if you know the language well.
The best are Hungarian town names though
