Has the number of Dutch drivers using winter tyres increased recently? I noticed many cars using them not only the classic below.

Maybe they are mostly used by Dutch that often travel in other countries where winter tyres are mandatory during winter...

Something similar to the bus driver story happened at the first commercial trip of this great German locomotive:

At the origin station, railfans and journalists gather near the loco. The guy is having a coffee on the platform, not wearing the uniform.
So he stars harrassing people with extremely stupid questions, like he barely knows what a train is: "Is this a locomotive?", "Is it hard to drive?"...

At scheduled time the trainmaster whistles, but there's no one on the loco; people look around trying to understand why there's no engineer.
Then the guy says "Well, if it's so easy, I can do it!", jumps in, closes the door and gets away, causing general panic

The train got stopped at the next station by Police request

His boss gave him an official blame and unofficial compliments

Yeah, I also noticed that first time I viewed the clip, but the clip owner said on youtube that he throwed it in the back of his car...

Not to be rude, but am I the only one who doesn't laugh at all with 99% of doctored memes around on the Internet?

It's incredible. In this topic I see Italians with no sense of humor and Dutch who go brawling in public. This world is going crazy
Please give me back my stereotypes

Btw, I can't figure out what's the plural of "Dutch". 1x Chris is one Dutch, 2x Chris are two... what?

Chris isn't a Dutch, he's a Dutchman. Plural: Dutchmen, feminine: Dutchwoman, Dutchwomen.
