That flashing thing of green light is good on roads where speed limits are higher than the usual 50 km/h.

Not that long. But here it has the same function as orange anywhere else. It is an offense to run through an orange light. Not that it ever bothered me...

In Romania it's also an offense to run through an orange light, but the law also says that "you can run on orange light if you can not stop safely before the traffic light". I usually drive through red light, but since I have my drivers license I drove on red light one or 2 times (and it was red for 1 second).

It's like that also in Slovenia.

i have made a map of european countries which countries use red-green-amber-red scheme (green) and which use red-red/amber-green-amber-red scheme (yellow).
i'm not sure for Andorra, but they probably use spanish/french scheme.
note that Malta is painted in yellow.

Same in Italy. Sometimes, when you have vehicles close following you closely, it's more dangerous to brake suddenly on the stop line rather than running. If it switch yellow when you are 10-20 meters before the line you should stop.

Yes, I mean yellow. My mistake

If you will ever have to drive in Bucharest don't wash your car before. Why? Because:

What am I missing in that screenshot? Does it have anything to do with the title?
(sorry, in my original post it was pretty weirdly asked)

Yes, you just have to click the "dislike" button:

Yeah, it exists, but we mainly use it when speaking. I don't remeber seeing it written down. For the written form we use "este", and the meaning is "is" (like in the sentence "Graziano este înalt", "Graziano îi înalt", "Graziano is tall").
