Great for your city bonixx! I hope I can visit your city soon.... I visited it few years back... And I kinda lost there because of similar streets... I mean the zoning is like square and when you get to the corner of the street, another corner which is kust like the same with the others... I dunno... So, if you're not familiar with it you'll definitely get lost....

Based on what I see on the pictures, there are lots of changes in Lucena and that I want to see soon with my naked eyes.

yes Philippine Farmers Bank is the 55th Bank of the city, in Naga side its so much impressive that your city houses 52 banks too many for a small city category.

yap sad to say, my relatives in manila encoutered the same problem as yours ahehehe. if your in city proper you dont get lost if you remember this 5 main street,C.M. Recto,Enriquez,Merchan,Quezon Ave. and M.L.Tagarao St. thats the only technique ahhehehe. your very Welcome here. ako din gusto kong pumunta ng Naga namimis ko na talagang magdiner sa Bigg's.

yes Lucena's Population is around 220,000 a medium sized highly urbanized city.

Naga City is very impressive, but im glad Lucena City is the Melting Pot of Tagalogs and Bicolanos thats why i really love Bicol and Southern Tagalog regions. My Grand Father is a native of Daraga,with ancestor in Sipocot. kahit ang punto ng pagsasalita dito sa Lucena halohalo na ahehehe.

Ngayon ko lang naisip na madami na pala ang 50+ banks para sa isang maliit na city. Medyo napa-wow ako kahit alam kong ganun. Hehe.
