It would look more slim and decent without that top, but then it would be boring too.

Yet that top is so obnoxious but it defines the building!

The top....The top is such a terrible-Demonstrated!!....Nice cladding and exquisite shape do not get along with that dreadful out-of-space chinese food table-like observation desk thing at all!!!....6.5/10
