ya zaten önemli bir proje değil, bu bölge böyle yüksek apartman dolu. bu en azından mimari olarak hoş ve değişik, tek özelliği bu.

Geçen günlerde satış ofisine gitmiştim. Binanın adı TowerFly olarak değişmiş. Butterfly'dan esinlenmişler. Zaten binanın şekli kelebeğe benziyor.
90,130 ve 220 metrekare şeklinde 3 farklı daire tipi var 130 metre kare daire 455bin dolar.  Yer seviyesinden 26 kat, yeraltında 4 kat var 18. kattan üstü deniz manzarası görücekmiş |

 Tam olarak nereye kalıyor bu bina minibüs yoluna yakın mı? Sahrayıcedit'ten çok Yeni Sahra gibi geldi bana inşaat alanında arkada gecekondular filan var çünkü

They count basement floors.. Densetsu konuşup bilgi aldığında 4 kat bodrum dediği için yer üstü 26'ya indirmiştim ama şimdi sayınca, yer üstü 31 kat gözüküyor.. Site de 30 değil 33 kat diyor.. Up-to-date Render:

Bildiğim kadarıyla bu proje öldü çünkü yeterli daire satılamadı. Para olmayınca inşaata da elveda demek gerekti. Belki devam eder...

Eger durduysa cok üzüldüm, bence cok güzel bi projeydi... Umarim Ankara ve Izmir'e de böyle degisik, yüksek kalite residence'lar yapilir...

Towerfly still alive
In fact, the project is still very much so alive!
The construction has been slow to start, as the ground they are digging in to is extremely rocky and two digging machines have gone bust already. In addition, GMO are currently building a miniature version of Towerfly on site, which they are focusing their efforts on. I am the proud owner of one of the gorgeous apartments and I would recommend it to anyone. It's going to be one of the best residencies in Istanbul. Bekle Istanbul...geliyorum! :o) |
