Sunshine Construction has finally updated their website. http://www.sunshinecon.com/constraction.html

The website says that the Deluxe Apartments is expected to go on sale next year ( Jan, 2009)

They look like office buildings not residential buildings

I'll believe it when I see it. not to say it will never be done but I'm highly skeptical. the quality of work is also questionable, especially the road projects.

so far Sunshine Constructions head office is complete, two hotels are under construction in the same lot....also behind EAC tons of skeleton building which are being completed can be seen.

yeah, I once thought these people werent being serious but they really are going to work on all these idea...and its turning out nicely.

They have a brand new billboard up by their HQ in Bole. It shows the nightview. It's really nice!
