Well i travel Tanger for several years. It is nice that they show self-confidence. However for those who do not have visited Tanger i must admit that beside it is a typical fast growing arab city it is still a village in order to a global scale. E.g. nearly nobody knows Tanger in Germany so i have to explain everybody where it is, how it is before i leave for Morocco.

The project itself lacks of individuality (it could be anywhere!). Tanger would deserve so much more in terms of special splendor.
It is a typical mediterran development that should be more balanced because of the KNOWLEDGE WE ALL HAVE that such an immense density is not good for fast growing developing cities lacking infrastructure and facing big environmental problems.

I loved that curvy-shaped one in the first pic. Hope Tangier approach this unique opportunity and not start making grotesque artifacts like ... other cities
