People of Slovenia - my congratulation. Welcome to skyscraper countries;-)
So nice one, but it would be better with mixing glass and stone or panels on outwalls. I hope you understand))) Anyway, cool building.

Thanks The renders you can see on the first page are not final yet. In a month we will get final design of complex which will be a bit different from the current one. In my opinion, tower is now too monotonous and I hope it will be "dynamic" as you said...

Prime Minister of Slovenian Republic, Borut Pahor visited Hungary on the invitation of his Hungarian counterpart, Gordon Bajnai. On this occasion trade development organizations of both countries, ITDH and JAPTI organized business forum and meeting which was addressed by the two PMs. During the event the government heads were presented the scale model of Emonika City Center and information on the largest green field investment project in Slovenia was provided by Lorant Varga, CEO of TriGranit Dev. Corp. and Csaba Tóth, MD of Emonika d.o.o. Later in his address the Hungarian PM underlined: Emonika was a project significant from the point of view of bilateral relations. During the forum the Slovenian – Hungarian Business Council, co chaired by Peter Lörincze, Vice President for International Affairs of TriGranit also had a session and approved its workplan.

Emonika City Center will be developed in the heart of Ljubljana in the direct vicinity of train station in a Public Private Partnership; Joint Venture Agreement between TriGranit Development Corporation and Slovenian Railways. On completion the new, almost 200,000 m2 city centre will consist of a shopping and entertainment center with 60,000 m2, a landmark business tower offering 23,000 m2, a residential tower with 90 luxury apartments, an upscale hotel, a bus and underground railway station. Once Emonika is ready, the railway tracks will no longer divide the city and citizens will take possession of a new city center with the dynamic character of Ljubljana that combines residential, working, shopping and entertainment functions. The construction works will begin this autumn. The total investment is evaluated to 350 m EUR.

TriGranit is one of the largest fully integrated real estate investment, development and management companies in Europe. It has operations in 8 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, a large portfolio of completed trophy assets, and a pipeline of major mixed-use developments for the coming years.
