Nice shiny glass! Are the corners going to get curved panels?

They are not all going to be curved glass?! I mean that would be awesome but curved glass is expensive AF. Judging from the way the clips are embedded it’s would appear as is the corner units are going to meet the other frames at an angle. And flat lights would look nice enough.

Welded. Not embedded. All these projects are SS not RC.

It'll be curved on the corners. No reason to use curved panels on the fairly flat sides of the building.

First Filings Submitted For Manhattan West’s Second Office Tower Show Height Decrease, Hudson Yards

Quote:
Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill LLP will be designing the building, and it will have a total construction area measuring just shy of 1.75 million square feet. Within that, the entirety of the usable 1,693,220 square feet will be for commercial use. The tower will rise 59 floors and 849 feet to its rooftop, a considerable drop from the original estimates of over 1,000 feet, and approximately 70 floors.

Well I’ll be damned. John Hammond must own these towers. They’ve spared no expense.

No, you are so off here. it will be an open plaza between the two towers with no roof. That tower looks nice, but nope, not here.
