Am I the only one who notices how the this site is right on/ right next to the site for Hudson Yards. The Hudson yards are proposed to be from 28th to 43rd Streets while this site is on 31st-33rd streets, 9th and 10th Avenues. Are they both fighting for that land?

Related's Hudson Yards project is between 10th and 11th Aves. from 30th to 33d St. Brookfield's project is on 9th Ave. and therefore, is east of Related's site.

This area might very well become as skyscraper dense as Lower Manhattan in the future. From what I know there is lot of space and lot of air rights there

(1 and 2WTC, 432 PA, and these two towers you've mentioned?)

Where did you hear this?

Still no new renders? I think this place will be the greatest development NYC had in 50 years.

There are two, adajacent sites on 10th Ave and 33rd St. which are zoned for towers of over 2m sf. One is owned by Sherwood, and the other is occupied by the building that now houses Coach's HQ.

I think the old World Product Center proposal, which was cancelled, is at 33rd Str.? That site sure can accommodate a 300m+ tower.

Nice, but where did you hear they'd be over 400 meters?

If they have 2.5 m sf of space, they should be around 400m tall.

Given the very close proximity of Hudson yards, Brookfield, possible new Penn station development (all of the above around 33-34th street), all new beautification of Hell's Kitchen and etc - all located in a same area, I think it is safe to say that this is the grandest package deal development we have seen since the original WTC and WFC downtown or even Rockefeller center in 1940.

Ah ok, that's even better. Since the WPC is dead, I'm pretty sure we'll see a tall tower rise there instead in the near future.

Hopefully if this and/or the Hudson Place is constructed, this little area of the city will be filled with 800ft+ buildings.
