Hmm, if the residential is 214m and 702 feet, the taller tower looks to be a bit less than double the height of it. Perhaps it will be close to that 1200 foot marker.

Well the Rainer tower is built in a similar fashion, and it seems to be ok

Set your height expectations lower. CTBUH still lists 1 MW at 995' and 67 fl, but 2 MW at only 54 floors.

eh... the renderings where deceptive then. Although maybe it's 995' to the top floor?

two 995' buildings would have been best but whatever.

then again, maybe the CTBUH floor counts were misleading. These cityrealty nyc renderings show Tower 2 significantly taller than Tower 3 (700' tall).

To me Tower 3 in that render looks below 700 feet. It would be helpful if they put 10 Hudson Yards in there.

These will be infill in comparison with the Hudson Yards, but they will be some great buildings nonetheless!
