Interesting, the crane is gonna be inside the tower.

What a stupid question. Why don't you go to the construction site and ask the contractor?

It's common to see the flag on large construction sites.

Why don't you ignore the question instead of being a A__ H___. You wouldn't say it to someone you don't know in real life. Have respect.

Hey, I have been sticking around in SSC for such a long time now, and never have i ever thought about this, and so finally I did.
Aren't all those steel beams covered in rust? How are such rusty steel beams supposed to support the structural integrity of such massive towers? Similar is the case with 30 HY. Anyone has any explanation? Thanks!

This is just surface rust, it doesn't really affect the bearing capacity of the element. Of course, it'll be covered in fireproof coating at some point, which provides some resistance against rusting. But these elements ultimately won't be exposed anyway.

@edited to add:
Rustproofing these elements prior to them being mounted is pointless - any coating that is applied will be damaged either while transporting or handling of the element or once they do any required welding, screwing, etc.
