I emailed the RLC Management and asked for Floor Plan with dimensions of my unit. They replied promptly, here is Unit H




I was worried at first that my doorway would be narrow, it is wider than I thought. Also showing the intercom connected to the reception.

At least you've already seen what will be the look of your unit. I bet you have a great view of the Makati and Fort Bonifacio since your unit is located on the higher floors.

I'm not really that interested as far the view of Fort Bonifacio is concerned, I love looking at the mountains though, bhe last thing I want to see when I'm home from my work of erecting buildings is the view of more buildings being erected. You are right though, the view from my window is great, with Lourdes Ave, Lourdes School and Shaw Blvd in front of me and not blocking my sight I have a direct view of Serendra. Twin Oaks is far enough not to obstruct the greater part of BGC.

so confirmed na pala na Dec 2012 ang turnover, that is 10 months ahead of scheduled delivery. Nakalagay kasi sa CTS that we have to submit a Letter of Guarantee, on or before April 2013 or 6 months before the turnover (Oct 2013) kung gusto daw natin mag-avail ng bank financing. The mere fact na tinawagan ka na nila para ayusin ang financing that means malapit na talaga yan.

magka-iba tayo ng CTS, mine kasi dec 2012 talaga nakalagay. my amort for the dp will end ng sept 2012. i asked kung made-deliver before dec 2012, hindi raw. yun na daw earliest.

As per pool,lahat po ata ng pool ng RLC is 5feet, kasi daw kapag lumagpas ng 5feet required na daw ang lifeguard. for safety na din ng mga kids.

Abstract: Simarouba (Lakshmi Taru) ecofriendly tree with well-developed root system and with evergreen dense canopy efficiently checks soil erosion, recharges groundwater, supports soil microbial life, and improves soil fertility. The addition of biomass to wasteland @ 10-15 tonnes/ha/year helps in the improvement of soil health and fertility in a natural course. Lakshmi taru has a wide range of adaptability. It grows reasonably well in areas with more than 300 mm erratic rainfall and withstands summer temperatures up to 48-500C. It can grow well in soils with 5.5-8.5 pH without any amendment. Its cultivation effectively combats desertification of wasteland. By improving the bioproductivity and economic productivity, it facilitates wasteland reclamation. It can be introduced in marginal and wastelands in semi arid and arid tropics all over the world including central African and gulf countries. The cultivation of Lakshmi taru does not require excessive application of chemical fertilizers. It is a tree with no major pests and diseases and thus requires no pesticide application. Thus its cultivation does not add harmful agrochemicals to the environment. It evergreens the gray soil surface, harnesses abundantly available solar energy (which is otherwise going waste now) and converts it into biochemical energy all round the year. Simarouba checks overheating of the soil surface all through the year and particularly during summer. Large scale planting of simarouba in the marginal/wastelands utilizes harmful green house gases, checks their accumulation in the environment and helps enormously in reducing global warming.
