can't miss landmark JP ah. hehe...kita ko ng mga photos. nice naman and if it's with Ayala, you can never go wrong. medyo gloomy nga lang mga ad materials. wala bang mas lively at mas maraming greens. ok ang roof garden. meron din ba niyan ang OLP? This will have 39 floors, but it seem to be around 12 floors short of OLP's height. Baka nagkamali lang sa scaling.

I agree that the "gloomy" color of the ads need to be changed to a lighter color. Lighten it up a bit. Just like the slides that @leech posted earlier, the multi-page newspaper ads that appeared in the papers recently were too dark (of black and dark brown combination) making the small print hard to read. Being hip and modern could somehow be a negative thing too especially in advertising.

i think the black ad kind of sets them apart... actually called my attention to it coz it's quite unlike the usual condo ads. also, i think black connotes modern, young, cosmopolitan... maybe that sums up their target market?

True but in targeting my generation (naks! hehe), Ayala/CII is limiting its potential investors too much in a market that has already slowed down a bit. IMO lang naman.

the truth is...it also has caught my attention - with its unusual use of color blends. gloomy and cosmopolitan - perfectly fits the taste of some yuppies. but to widen the market, it has to be a little livelier than that. after all, i am not included in the so-called 'market' of Senta, kasi walang pera.

i guess, they are targeting the ex-pats and execs that reside in the legazpi village area. think black corporate.. though maybe they will change the black concept as the project goes along.. now it is 35% sold...

Ayala’s power nexus rises in Makati City Philippine Star May 16, 2008 An icon for high-powered living is on the rise at Makati — a condominium property that only executives at the top of their game can fully appreciate. Senta, a 39-storey residential tower soon to rise in Legazpi Village, is the latest project of Ayala Land’s Community Innovations. Staying true to the developer’s track record of building landmark residential spaces in highly networked places, Senta will rise a few steps from the global retail experience offered by Greenbelt. Facing the greenery of Legazpi W. Sycip Park, it is also within walking distance from Makati Central Business District’s top commercial and corporate offices that is reflective of an empowered urban lifestyle. Set to be the cornerstone of Legazpi Village with its façade of full vertical glass corner panels, Senta integrates both functionality and aesthetics to provide urban achievers with a residential living experience defined by class, power and ultimate comfort. A grand lobby designed by renowned architect Ed Calma will welcome its future residents that will make use of water elements that adds elegance to the grand arrival area. A fusion intricate design and a homey ambience, Senta’s “designer lobby” renders the proper greeting high-powered individuals deserve. After receiving a grand welcome, future Senta residents can expect to enjoy state-of-the-art amenities that cater to a variety of leisure interests and relaxation needs. Three swimming pools await at the podium level of the condominium: a lap pool ideal for an invigorating swim before or after work; a children’s pool; and finally, a lounge pool with heated Jacuzzis and an outdoor theater — an unprecedented luxury in high rise residential developments.

I like the concept of using black. It's a very understated and sophisticated direction, kind of like Giorgio Armani's Black Code fragrance or Sony's PSP Piano Black Core System. I think it's appropriate, given the exclusivity of Senta...

hmm so it's technically Two Legazpi Place?
glad to see that it looks different from OLP - aesthetically that's a plus.

Yes, it is. In fact it would have had a similar design to OLP - as seen in emporis (notorious for its outdated database).
