the chairs are already covered, not yet revealed. so they will not be affected it seems. the German architect took the decisions of course, not the Romanians!

If you watch more closely, you will see that only about 90% of the seats are installed. They left space for the cables. After the roof is up, they will install all the seats.

What's the point in not putting them?

As long as they leave enough space for the cables, i don't see any problems....
What else can i say? Maybe they forgot that they have to build a roof also

They started installing the seats before all the supporting columns for the roof were ready. So why wait for the roof to be ready? They saved time. I guess it takes more than just a few hours to install 50.000 seats...

Why do you have a brain and a pair of eyes? Don't you use them? The tv does the thinking for you?

Also, like Cornelinho said, you can clearly see that the cables are lined up in the middle on the photos YOU posted 5 days ago. As for that skycam photo, the works are not there yet.

2 weeks old news! There were some issues regarding the city budget, but every high ranked official said that the problems are going to be solved and the stadium will be finished on time, in August. Even the president and the government guaranteed that the stadium will be finished on time, so that the Europa League Final can be held next year, without problems.
So works continue, don't worry.
