I think you have to read more and get more informed about the growth this country and many other Latin countries are having, and maybe in that way you could answer yourself that question about supporting this kind of structures, and let me tell you is not dirt poor, there are places in Dominican Republican that will amaze you in luxury and beauty. And is developing very quickly.

There is poverty in some places in The Dominican Republic like any other country or city in the world, don´t tell me there is no poverty in Chicago?

my country can support that tall project, when you see the news, and see the poverty in my country that doesnt mean the entire country is poor, actually there is a large group in the middle class and 5% in the rish class.. this project is amazing!

Dude...I think you've been playing golf in your backyard cause the D.R. is one of the countries with more economic growth in Latin America. Sometimes I'm surprised by the ignorance of some people...get your facts straight.

This proposal has been around for over a year. In the current market conditions for residentials, I doubt many banks would be in the mood to lend for construction.

Do you have any recent evidence that this project is still viable?

DrT, the construction starts at the end of this year and ends around 2010, do you ask for more??

evidence? i live here, i know becuase i have seen the huge empty space where is proposed, and it looks like they are doing some work before it stars.

it will look like this position

It will be build near that other tower facing , North and South

by the way it will have a great view to the Caribbean sea!, the south Park and all the beautiful surroundings of the district .

This are other future and current projects under way!... ( size comparison)
