The Foster Towers

The project is scheduled to open in 2009 and will comprise of two 48 storey office towers, residential apartments and a retail element. Алан, лимит на 16 этажей в основном распространяется на жилые районы и был вызван чудовищной плотностью застройки в некоторых районах, но несколько мест этот регламент не охватывает. Например район Меги, Сайрана, Эпл-тауна, Самала, Новой площади...
В центре и выше аль-Фараби вообще ничего нельзя строить выше 9 этажей. |
