HAMILTON | Royal Connaught Hotel and Tower | 305m | 1030ft. | Sales

Royal Connaught Hotel and Tower

Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Sales

http://media.hamiltonspectator.com/i...fd5a9b286.jpeg

Harry Stinson has purchased the Royal Connaught Hotel and sales are underway. There is currently no information when it will be U/C although it seems approval will be no problem.

Yes, in Hamilton it seems like philanthropy only made by Stinson!

Huge tower. Will look like Taipei 101 in relation to neighbouring buildings.

Well Hamilton isn't full of nutty lefties (refrain from using the other word lol) so hopefully it'll be a go.

Stinson has a dismal track record. I think, sadly, that there is little chance this will go up.

In Hamilton of all places... That's like building it in Edmonton!

*sigh*

Let's see what Katz has up his sleeve...

Great tower. It's a strange city to build it in though. Does Hamilton have the demand to warrant such a tower?

If the Signature Tower can go up in Nashville I don't see why this isn't possible Although Hamilton is Blue Collar, I believe mainly overseas speculators will purchase the units.

You should check out the original Sapphire Tower that was cancelled due to shadowing on City Hall in Toronto. You'd be in for a treat
