there is still crane at the site of this college I wonder that they are adding more floors to it.

many few buildings here in pak with the height of less than 5 floors do not uses cranes often even there are 12 to 14 stories plazas here built without using crane.so i think that it may be more than 5 stories.

Won't be any cladding. Those squares on the wall are sort of huge tiles. Pretty common in Karachi.

But this is just plain hideous without cladding. At least with red bricks it looks decent without cladding and its a Lahori trademark. Since Al-Hamra is also a red brick building, it would make sense to have a fashion/arts school in red also.
