September 24th by 冰雪白糖. According to unsourced rumors the ground breaking ceremony will take place next Tuesday, and the total height of the main tower will be 440m.

All those blocks are part of the masterplan. They are empty already and will be demolished soon.

i like the main towers but the smaller ones look better from the portman desing :\

September 29th by woailiaozu. Ground breaking ceremony took place today, but they didn't release any design. Maximum height: 400m, 90 floors. No info about the rest of the towers.

裕景地产集团通过招拍挂方式早前以13亿元人民币拿下了沈阳“金廊”28#地块。该地块毗邻著名的沈阳市政府广场,总占地面积约8.4万平方米,总建筑面积120万平方米,规划为集超五星级酒店、五A级写字间、国际商业中心等多业态的大型都市综合体,总投资将达到80亿元,其中最高建筑规划为约90层,高度近400米。此项目竣工之后,将与大连裕景中心项目联袂上演中国新北方的雍容风采。

i don't get the thing which connects the two towers together, are they floors as well, or are they just to bridge between the two towers or both?
