Does Nouvel's top screen revolve? It looks so...

Liebeskind and Wilmotte are my picks.

Foster's tower is interesting on the interior, but the exterior doesn't cut it for me.

Nouvel and Foster projects are Ok, the others are just the usual "bibelot" approach, although foster's team discourse on light in the video is a bit tacky, indeed it is a known fact that towers are a bad generic form to optimise light per square meters, as well as square meters builded per square meters available (see Leslie Martin, and Foster knows it of course), so a tower only makes sense as a symbol or landmark, which Nouvel's project tries to match, more or less, with the usual billboard, neons, "pseudo asian" or "pseudo times square", hypertext, cyberspace bullshitty background, but it's OK and the details and interiors look good apparently

I like them all as well. The Foster proposal is my least favorite, but the others are incredible. This just shows: you don't need to build a ridiculouly tall building to make a very strong statement. Three of these buildings (Willmotte, Libeskind and Ferrier) are more interesting to me than nearly all the buildings proposed or under construction in the Middle East.

3rd or 4th. If the 2nd one had different colouring it'd be the best.

They're all awesome although Fosters does look a bit wide kinda like a chimney and Ferrier is too dominating at the fromt of the cluster, would look better a bit further back. The Libeskind is stunning, so jealous! -would particularly love that for London. The interior of the Nouvel is unbelievable! shame I can't make out the exterior but If that's a revolving screen on top it would add a dark Blade-runner-esque edge to La Defense, which would be awesome.
Build all of them!

All are very bizarre. But then Phare and Generali will be anything but conservative.

Of those, I think only the Liebskind has any architectural merit:

It's even better than what he proposed for the NYC WTC!
