Great designs. That "urban hive" looks fantastic. Is that down from Kyobo building heading away from Gangnam Stn?

I wonder what the usage for that building will be...

It looks like an arcade-like building to me. Sometimes I wish Seoul can create a Ginza-like street in Seoul where a lot of brand name clothing stores and chiq cafes are all together in a broad avenue or something. Myeongdong is nice but I wish the streets were wider and Apgujeong still needs to wrap up those telephone lines and I really wish those commie blocks around Apgujeong can be demolished and create huge shopping centers with huge screen tvs like Shibuya in Tokyo. But I know Seoul will continue to prosper and become the leading cities of the future!!

I like Ginza as well. But Shibuya sucks -- no decent person goes there. Anyhow, Seoul has more than enough neons and lcd screens. This is not the problem. What it needs now is better marketing and most of all, a massive import of uyoku dantai trucks to get rid of this wimpy self-deprecating attitude.

Thirded. Are they still planning to underground The Olympic X/way? I thought that was a great idea. Shame to waste all that prime real estate on cars.

fourthed.
but, IMO, the location is error.. in a sense of skyline view purpose,.
The site is in the midst of Yeoido, Yongsan, Samsung-dong or Teheran-ro, but nonetheless, furthermore, those three skylines are all far from the middle site. I mean, the view-outlook- is not very good, if those skylines don't get far higher
