Could be perfect for JP Morgan. A bit out of the way and nothing much around there yet. Certainly would kick start First Street though. Haven't JP Morgan forward funded Ask and First Street?

It's Morgan Stanley that's funded Ask. Morgan Stanley have pretty much owned and developed half of Canary Wharf over the years

In particular, note this comment...a nod towards the rumoured bank?!

""Our project pipeline is the strongest it has ever been. Our investment bank strategy is progressing well, and we hope to have some very positive news for Manchester soon."

I really don't get that. Red tiles next to bluish background where the glass is? One or the other.

ps am in a moaning mood. Am picking everything off.

Well it is the architectural equivalent of having Linda Barker slap a lick of paint on your sideboard so no not really.

that render makes the facade look like the isis islington wharf facade- stone.
not seeing much of a likeness with the atrium to the render. perhaps they've got protective sheets to remove from the glass, unless they really are going to blank them out in that 60s/reclad look.

It'll look tons better when the scaffolds down, nothing brilliant mind. There's a fair bit of glass on the facade and that glass has yet to be revealed so lets calm it and wait till the friggin' things finnished! eh?

Yeah i wonder if the glass has protective sheets on too. Looks way too garish as it is. A more subtle tone would make it look a bit more like the render. I remember the colourful Wimott Street building looking way too bright at first too but it now seems to work well
